THE LEGEND

Poseidon ruled the oceans — but he pursued Amphitrite to the edge of the world before she consented to share the throne. She is the sea's true sovereign: the calm on the surface and the pull underneath, the tide that asks permission of no shore. Even the god of storms courted her on her terms.

THE PIECE

White leather sculpted into the form of a sea star, its rays wrapping the body like something surfaced from a legend, finished with hand-forged metal elements — trophies of the deep, worked one by one by hand. Cool to the eye, armour-like to the touch. AMPHITRITE is the light line at its most powerful: purity with a current beneath it.

Each corset is embroidered entirely OVER 120 HOURS OF HANDWORK at the frame. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your piece to be created. Crafted exclusively for you.

How to Measure

Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level across your back and parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug but not compressing—you should be able to slide two fingers underneath.

ⓘ Measure while wearing your usual bra, or the bra you plan to wear under the corset.

Natural Waist

Find the narrowest point of your torso—usually 2–3 cm above your navel. Bend gently to one side: the crease that forms is your natural waist. Wrap the tape around this point.

⚠ For corsets, always use the natural waist—not the hip bone or the waistband of your trousers.

Hips

Stand with your feet together. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat—typically 18–23 cm below your natural waist. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

ⓘ Move the tape up and down slightly to find the widest point—this is what matters, not a fixed distance from the waist.

Material: hand-cut and shaped leather, cotton, large silver-tone metal elements, sculptured metal tubing framing the bodice, satin ribbon back lacing, OVER 120 HOURS OF HANDWORK.
